We use 100% arabica coffee from four farms in Colombia, Peru, Papua New Guinea and East Timor - each origin chosen for what it brings to the blend. Roasted dark in Dunedin then cold-brewed over 18 hours to draw out rich, complex flavour without the bitterness.

Since day one all of our coffee has been sourced and roasted by our friends at Strictly Coffee. They are a fellow independent, Dunedin based business who supply our 100% organic, specialty coffee from East Timor, Peru and Colombia.
We ship nationwide to all residential and business addresses across New Zealand. Free shipping applies to all orders over $80. Sorry, we cannot deliver internationally or to PO Boxes.
None of our products contain gluten, but we are not certified gluten free. Because our Flat White Liqueur is made with 100% New Zealand cream, and all of our products are processed in the same facility they may contain traces of dairy.
